Really is a very good handset. For the price is worth it, it is a great cost benefit. I chose this model for the aptX audio quality that worked on my Samsung S20. Although the brand says it doesn’t work on models other than the list they show. Good Bass, low latency for games, one of the best of the brand.

Received earbuds with non working microphones, noticed it during my first phone call with these T18 earbuds that the other part did not hear me well. The customer service is 5 star grat!! Unfortunately the 15 day dispute option was over but QCY Store offered me a free reship after the video proof of faulty microphones. Hopefully I can give 5 stars too for the product once the reshipped earbuds arrive

Sensational phone, excellent sound quality, aptX works very well, no one comments but it does not lose signal when we put it in the pants pocket, the only thing I didn’t like much is that the sound of it is a little bit lower compared to qcy T1C but that doesn’t take the shine off that wonder, Can buy without fear. Arrived with 13 days and no fees.

Bought to replace his beloved T13, and regretted 🙂 in the new T18 model, the sound of The Voice is somehow deserted, there is no life. Music plays spatially with distant bass and pronounced medium-high frequencies something 7000 10000, the ringing of bells is lost but it is. On a quiet volume, the bass is completely lost and on a loud one it hits the ears of the 10000 with its pinepiece like metal tweeters, instead of silk ones. I carefully took them out of my ears and folded them back into a box. Got T13 and lo and behold! I’m sorry for the sound again.
